01 The Program
Average Joes is a select travel baseball club out of Central Point, Oregon, fielding 10U, 11U and 13U teams against the best competition the Rogue Valley and the Northwest will put in front of us.
The name keeps us honest. Nobody on this roster is coasting on a reputation — the kids earn the spot in the spring and they spend the rest of the season proving it was the right call.
Nobody is handed a spot. Players try out for it, and the same standard holds in July as it did in March.
Fundamentals, situational baseball, and the habits that hold up late in a close game — not just innings for the sake of innings.
We travel out of a small town and line up against clubs with deeper benches. These kids carry the name anyway, on the field and off it.

Travel ball is not cheap, and local businesses are the reason these kids get on the field at all. Partners go on the banner that hangs at every tournament we play, and stay here on the site for the full season.
